Your personal data – what is it?

Who are we?
G3 Translate may be a data controller of your personal data (also known as personal information), which means that G3 Translate has control of your personal data and may utilize it for various purposes, including sending your information to data processors we work with. Alternatively, depending on who you are and our relationship to you, G3 Translate may be a data processor or a sub-processor of your personal data.
How do we process your personal data?
G3 Translate complies with its obligations under relevant data privacy laws, including the GDPR, by keeping personal data up to date; by storing and destroying it securely; by not collecting or retaining excessive amounts of data; by protecting personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access and disclosure and by ensuring that appropriate technical measures are in place to protect personal data.
The personal data that you provide (or have previously provided) to G3 Translate is stored in G3’s offices and its data center in the United States. As part of your employment with G3 Translate, we use your data to pay you, to provide you with benefits, to comply with tax and other employment-related legal obligations, and to facilitate business operations including access to email and other internal services.
