People, culture and shared beliefs


If you shut your doors this week, let everyone go, then reopened next week, would you enthusiastically rehire every one of your former employees?  Does your culture attract 'A' performers

unique and differentiated strategy


Can your team state your strategy clearly in one sentence?  Does everyone on your leadership team agree on the company strategy, and do they understand how they can contribute to it?  

world class flawless execution


Does each member of your team understand their role in the company, and have specific and measurable accountabilities that are reviewed on a regular basis? 

cash management and financial health


Growth sucks cash.  Is your company generating sufficient profit to satisfy your personal financial goals?  Are your Gross Margins above industry average?  Are your costs in control?

If you want to grow your company tenfold, then you must grow your people, starting with yourself.  To do that, you need to change your MINDSET.

It can happen...you just have to decide 2 things.

  1. Is it Important
  2. Are you willing to Change
