A UNIQUE AND DIFFERENTIATED STRATEGY SYSTEM MATTERS. CASH AND FINANCIAL HEALTH MATTERS.  Having a system in place that forecasts future business activity will allow you predict with accuracy your profits, and cash.  There is only one way that doesn't cost anything, and that is cash that is generated from operations.  Cash comes from profit, so focusing on maximizing profit is a good place to start.
